Edit / Add

It is not possible to make this type of modification from your customer area. For security reasons, b-sharpe takes care of the modifications.

We invite you to contact us by e-mail info@b-sharpe.com, or by telephone on +41 22 311 11 82.

Please note that we will ask you for proof of address within 3 months for any change of address.

You can add your bank account from your customer area:

1- in the menu, click on "My bank accounts",
2- click on "Add a bank account",
3- Fill in the fields.

It is also possible to deactivate a bank account by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.

However, it is not possible to edit an account.
If you make a mistake when entering a bank account, we therefore advise you to deactivate the wrong account and then enter it again correctly.

Individual account :

If you wish to add an account of which you are not the holder, we invite you to send us the following information concerning the beneficiary by email to info@b-sharpe.com: surname, first name, date of birth, address and nationality, reason for the transaction and the link with the beneficiary (family, professional...). We will then contact you to tell you how to proceed.

 

Business Account :

In your customer account, click on "Add a beneficiary" in the menu. You will need to add the information of the beneficiary you wish to add.

It is possible to add beneficiaries other than yourself to your b-sharpe account under certain conditions.
For security reasons, you must make this request to info@b-sharpe.com. You should be aware that we only accept as a beneficiary the spouse (wife, partner living under the same roof), children, parents, brothers and sisters.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?". You will receive a code by text message and then you will be able to enter a new password for your account.

To close your b-sharpe account we invite you to make your request by email to info@b-sharpe.com.

To make sure your password is secure, here are our tips:

- Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
- vary the case and characters: upper case, lower case, special characters or numbers
- avoid simple combinations like ""Abc123"" or characters following each other on your keyboard "aSdfg" "654?=)" or the name of your dog "Filou"...

To secure your b-sharpe account as much as possible, here is our advice:

- change your password regularly and make sure that this password is not used for other services.

- No b-sharpe employee will ask you for your password. If this is the case, please contact our customer care immediately.

-If the email address you used to open your b-sharpe account seems to have been hacked, you should report this to our Customer Care as soon as possible.
