For security reasons, b-sharpe takes care of the modifications.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to contact us by e-mail <a href=\"mailto:info@b-sharpe.com\">info@b-sharpe.com<\/a>, or by telephone on +41 22 311 11 82.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we will ask you for proof of address within 3 months for any change of address.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tHow can I add or delete a bank account? \n\t\t\t<p>You can add your bank account from your customer area:<\/p>\n<p>1- in the menu, click on &#8220;My bank accounts&#8221;,<br \/>2- click on &#8220;Add a bank account&#8221;,<br \/>3- Fill in the fields.<\/p>\n<p>It is also possible to deactivate a bank account by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is not possible to edit an account.<br \/>If you make a mistake when entering a bank account, we therefore advise you to deactivate the wrong account and then enter it again correctly.<\/p>\n<p>In case of problems, please contact us by email <a href=\"mailto:info@b-sharpe.com\">info@b-sharpe.com<\/a>, or by phone at +41 22 311 11 82.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tHow can I add a bank account that I don&#8217;t own? \n\t\t\t\n<p>If you wish to add an account of which you are not the holder, we invite you to send us the following information concerning the beneficiary by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@b-sharpe.com\">info@b-sharpe.com<\/a>: surname, first name, date of birth, address and nationality, reason for the transaction and the link with the beneficiary (family, professional&#8230;). We will then contact you to tell you how to proceed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>In your customer account, click on &#8220;Add a beneficiary&#8221; in the menu. You will need to add the information of the beneficiary you wish to add.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tCan I add a beneficiary? \n\t\t\t<p>It is possible to add beneficiaries other than yourself to your b-sharpe account under certain conditions.<br \/>For security reasons, you must make this request to <a href=\"mailto:info@b-sharpe.com\">info@b-sharpe.com<\/a>. You should be aware that we only accept as a beneficiary the spouse (wife, partner living under the same roof), children, parents, brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tI forgot my password, what can I do? \n\t\t\t<p>If you have forgotten your password, simply click on &#8220;Forgot your password?&#8221;. You will receive a code by text message and then you will be able to enter a new password for your account.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tHow do I close my account? \n\t\t\t<p>To close your b-sharpe account we invite you to make your request by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@b-sharpe.com\">info@b-sharpe.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tHow can I make my password safe and secure? \n\t\t\t<p>To make sure your password is secure, here are our tips:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Your password must be at least 8 characters long.<br \/>&#8211; vary the case and characters: upper case, lower case, special characters or numbers<br \/>&#8211; avoid simple combinations like &#8220;&#8221;Abc123&#8243;&#8221; or characters following each other on your keyboard &#8220;aSdfg&#8221; &#8220;654?=)&#8221; or the name of your dog &#8220;Filou&#8221;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>To secure your b-sharpe account as much as possible, here is our advice:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; change your password regularly and make sure that this password is not used for other services.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; No b-sharpe employee will ask you for your password.
