In the screen that appears, fill in the "PAYEE AND AMOUNT" section as follows:

  1. Indicate B-SHARPE SA in the box "Last name and first name of individual / company"
  2. Indicate the IBAN of the b-sharpe account in the "IBAN" box
  3. Indicate the amount in CHF you wish to transfer in the corresponding box
  4. In the first "Reason for payment" box, , indicate the b-sharpe client number starting with C, followed by 7 digits
  5. In the second "Reason for payment" box, indicate your name and first name

To find the b-sharpe bank details, simply go to your client area, click on the menu at the top right, then click on "IBAN & b-sharpe accounts”. You can then download a pdf document which contains all the information requested below.

You can find your b-sharpe client number in this same client area.

In the "BENEFICIARY'S BANK" section, you must fill in the information relating to the b-sharpe bank. The quickest way to do this is to fill in the "Clearing" field and click on "Check". By entering the correct clearing number, all information relating to the name and address of the bank will be displayed.

The clearing number you need to enter here is made up of 4 digits. All the necessary information can be found in your b-sharpe client area, by downloading the pdf document made available to you by b-sharpe in the "IBAN & Accounts of b-sharpe" menu.

In the following section, "VALUE DATE AND CHARGES":

For the value date:

  •  For your money to arrive faster, if you enter the transaction before noon, select today's date (rather than tomorrow's date), and your money will be sent to b-sharpe the same day (in principle). If you enter the transaction in the afternoon, choose the next day.

For the fees:

  • if you make a transfer from a CHF account in Switzerland to a CHF account in Switzerland, the choice of the fee option is irrelevant, as there will be none (this is a "bug" in the interface, which logically should not display this option). You can therefore select any option.
  • in all other cases, it is better to select "Shared": this is generally the option that costs the least.

Similarly, the message "Important" is not relevant for a CHF transfer in Switzerland to a CHF account in Switzerland, as there is of course no conversion. This is also information that should not be displayed.

In the next screen, "CHECK OF YOUR ORDER", you can check and validate your transfer order. Make sure all the information is correct, and click on "Place the payment order".

If you plan to carry out this same operation on a regular basis (which may be the case, say, with a transfer of salary), we recommend that you tick the box "Add this order to my payment templates"; this will allow you to use the same template without having to enter all the information each time.

How to create a payment template on CA next bank ebanking

To carry out the same type of transaction every month (transfer of an amount to the b-sharpe account), you can create a payment template, which saves you from having to enter all the bank information each time.

To create a payment template:

  • make a simple transfer, and at the end of the operation tick the box "Add this order to my payment templates" (see previous screen)
  • in the main dashboard of the CA next bank ebanking, click on "Payment orders", then "Payment templates". You can then register one or more templates.

How to make a regular transfer on CA next bank e-banking

A regular transfer allows you to schedule a transfer from your CA next bank account to a third party account (here the b-sharpe bank account) at a regular time period (every month, for example), for the same amount each month. At CA next bank, such a regular transfer is known as a "standing order".

From the CA next bank e-banking dashboard, click on the top menu "Payment order", then click on the "Standing orders" submenu.

The steps for entering and validating are then generally the same as those mentioned for entering a simple transfer order, as described above.

For the section "PAYEE AND AMOUNT", it is important to mention the following information:

  1. Indicate B-SHARPE SA in the box "Last name and first name of individual / company
  2. Indicate the IBAN of the b-sharpe account in the "IBAN" box
  3. Indicate the amount in CHF you wish to transfer in the corresponding box
  4. In the first "Reason for payment"box, indicate the b-sharpe client number starting with C, followed by 7 digits
  5. In the second "Reason for payment" box, indicate your name and first name

To find the b-sharpe bank details, simply go to your client area, click on the menu at the top right, then click on “IBAN & b-sharpe accounts”. You can then download a pdf document which contains all the information requested below.

You can find your b-sharpe client number in this same client area.

In the "Execution of order" section of the standing order, enter the following information:

  1. Frequency: choose "monthly" if you want your transfer to the b-sharpe account to be made every month
  2. Order execution: choose when you want your order to be executed (at the end of the month or at the beginning of the month, depending on when your salary is paid into your CA next bank account)
  3. Next payment date: indicate here the date on which you want the standing order to start
  4. Last payment date: conversely, indicate here the date on which you want the standing order to end. To be completely sure, enter a date well into the future (more than 5 or 6 years after the current date).

The “Fees” box has no relevance here, as there are no fees charged for a transfer from an account in Swiss francs in Switzerland to another account in CHF.

Also, please ignore the red warning “Important!" In the event of foreign exchange, the applicable rate will be that at the time of the execution of the order, as there will be no foreign exchange transaction made by the bank if you set up a standing order as we suggest (this will however be carried out with b-sharpe).

Lastly, click on "Next step (check)" to validate your standing order.

In the next screen, check the information carefully, in particular that your b-sharpe client number and your last name and first name are entered in the "Reason for payment" section.

Then click on "Place the order", and your standing order will be created and automatically executed by the bank each month, according to the instructions you have given."
